I'm late, I'm late I'm late. I don't always remember to post on the web, especially when I have my prep in the morning before we have done anything yet.
Today Mrs. Clark's class had a very interesting class discussion about the issues that the president is dealing with. We defined some terms like terrorism and immigration.
In writing we had our first "Read Around" where anyone could sign up to read their own writing. We heard some very inspiring writing. Then we did an exercise called "Spontaneous Sensory Monologue" where we went out the soccer field, sat down with our journals and took fast notes on what we heard, smelled, saw and felt. We began to turn our notes into some kind of final draft. Tomorrow we type in the computer lab.
