Thanks to all the parents and friends that came to Open House last night. It was great to meet and or see you again.
Today Ms. Lamb's class got caught up on our Learning Styles Inventories. We are learning that we have a lot of Kinesthetic and Creative Learners in Ms. Lamb's class (Mrs. Clark's class has a few more to fill out). This means we really need to make things and do things to match our learning styles.
Thursdays are grammar days for language arts. Last week we reviewed nouns and wrote some fairy tales. This week we reviewed verbs and practiced using some specific and interesting verbs like meander and flop.
Remember to bring all of your word study to hand in on Friday.
We will talk about I-search tomorrow.
